At Geggunas'g House, we offer comprehensive services designed to meet the unique needs of Indigenous women, female identifying, 2s+ adults and their children. Our approach is rooted in Indigenous cultural understanding and a deep commitment to well-being and safety.
Safe shelter
We provide immediate and secure shelter for women and 2S+ people and their children escaping domestic violence. Our support is available to all ethnicities to assist you in finding your next steps and your healing.
Support Services
Our dedicated team offers culturally sensitive programming and support services to help women and children heal from trauma and build resilience for a brighter future.
Advocacy and education
We actively advocate for the rights and needs of Indigenous women and children, working to create systemic change and raise awareness of the impacts of intergenerational trauma, residential schools, and colonialism.
Intergenerational Healing
With culturally focused approaches we work to empower women to rebuild their lives and reintegrate into the community through skill-building, resource connection, and fostering a strong sense of belonging.
